Geislers $5,000 Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Geislers will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on May 1. 2011 and ends on or about December 28th 2011. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Geislers reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing.Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.

The grand prize winner can choose to receive either series of the Plygem Window Line professionally installed with a total maximum retail value of $5,000, as determined by Geislers based on its then-current price list. Prize is not transferable. The prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Geislers' personnel or designee. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner. Not with standing anything to the contrary in these Rules, if a winner has already purchased good or services from Geislers , the winner may choose the Grand prize or receive a credit up to $2,500 in cash.

No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A sales presentation is requested but not required for entry into our contest. By entering the Geislers Sweepstakes, the contestant hereby understands that we will provide a Geislers product and/or service information by phone, mail or email. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. You may enter this promotion by completing the entry form and returning it to the entry box where you obtained it or by mailing it back to Geislers at 908 East 6th Street, Concordia, Kansas 66901. Alternatively, you may print your name and your complete address on a 3"X5" card, write the words "Geislers SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY REQUEST" at the top, and mail the card to Geislers at their address above. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 28th, 2011. No more than one entry per household is allowed. Geislers is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner.

Sweepstakes entrants must (1) be legal residents of the United States; (2) be 18 years of age or older, (3) own their own home, which home is in suitable condition (as determined by Geislers or its designees) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations) , and (4) reside in a geographic area in which Geislers is permitted to install such prize at the winner's location. Employees, officers and directors of Geislers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Refer a friend on line program: If entrant wins via the internet sweepstakes referral program they will split winnings with person who submitted their name. Each homeowner will qualify for up to a maximum installed retail value of $2,500 as determined by Geislers based on it's then current price list thereby still making it a $5,000 retail value.

House must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.) Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Geislers or it designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Geislers, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be $5,000. Upon installation of prize, Geislers will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of confirmed notification.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.Winner must return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules. Otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Geislers and its affiliated to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state and a local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Geislers in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Geislers reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning entry states.
